
Erica Arzu is a dedicated advocate for community service with a deep passion for improving the lives of both youth and elderly individuals. She holds a bachelorβs degree in Communications from the University of Houston and has spent the past 14 years in San Antonio, where she has built a successful career in Human Resources. Currently serving as an HR Director for a financial services company, Erica brings a wealth of leadership and organizational expertise to her work.
Her commitment to volunteerism is evident through her involvement with several impactful organizations, including CASA, the Childrenβs Shelter, Big Brothers Big Sisters in Atlanta, GA, and FUNCAO in BogotΓ‘, Colombia. Through these experiences, she has dedicated herself to supporting vulnerable populations and creating opportunities for those in need.
Now, as a board member, Erica is excited to contribute her leadership skills, compassion, and dedication to an organization focused on serving the elderly community. She looks forward to making a meaningful difference by helping to enhance the quality of life for seniors and ensuring they receive the care, respect, and support they deserve.
